6S Management Promotion fro SDH Hydraulic

August 17, 2009 - SDH Group cooperated with Taiwan VMTA Group to start program of 6S management, namely tidies up (seiri), restructure (seition), clean up (seiso), sweep (seiketsu), cultivated manners (shitsuke), safety (safety), which help ShanghLi to promote inner management.

September 11-13, 2009 – The day of clean up and sweep. The first stage of 6s promote to the climax through the effort of whole staffs

September 24, 2009 – The second stage of 6s launched successful.

October 5, 2009 – Although at national holiday, SDH still continue to mark the line in order to perpetrate new stage of 6s management
